Linden's Story

He suffered from first full blown panic attack at the age of 20 when he was working for US force away in Germany. The occurance of panic attacks became more regular as time went by. Five years later, through Diazepam addiction, Stelazine, Prozac, Zispin and other antidepressants he was overweight, with acute Anxiety, multiple medication addictions, food intolerances, extreme Panic Attacks (upto 10 times a day), Depersonalization, Derealization and Agorophobic to the extreme.

...I suffered massive panic attacks, acute generalized anxiety, severe and crippling phobias including agoraphobia and constant fear, I experienced depersonalization and derealization and frightening feelings of sadness and depression.

There seemed to be no hope of recovery. He was scared, desperate and alone. He tried every known therapy including cognitive therapy, alternative therapies and medication and nothing worked. However, he continued to research every known piece of information, treatments and research for anxiety disorder, panic attacks (anxiety attacks), and phobias. He also interviewed hundreds of recovered anxiety sufferers.

It was during the research he discovered a simple yet powerful technique that completely eliminates anxiety, panic attacks and phobias quickly & permanently. His life turned around within days.
